　　一、 投诉信即在日常生活中或商务活动中对所遇到的困扰，恶劣的服务态度，劣质的产品等向对方或有关单位提出投诉，抗议和改进的建议。

　　二、 投诉信包括以下三个部分：

　　1. 开头：自我介绍，说明投诉对象及内容，表明本信的目的和要求。 常用的表达法有：

　　I am writing to you about…which I received/bought…

　　I am going to complain about…

　　I am sorry to have to return with this letter…which I received/bought…

　　2. 正文：说明情况，讲清厉害，分析利弊。告诉对方你因此受到的伤害或不便，提出解决问题的建议，表明希望如何处理。

　　常用的表达法有“

　　When we checked…, we noticed…

　　When I took …out of the bag and examined …closely, I found… When I unpacked …and tried to use it, it did not work.

　　In view of the inconvenience that it has caused, I feel you should…

　　If you can’t give me a satisfactory answer, I will complain it to the Consumer Association.

　　3. 结尾：表达希望问题得到快速恰当解决的强烈愿望，希望尽快得到满意的答复。

　　4. 常用的表达法有：

　　Please let me know what you intent to do in this matter.
